SHIPPING POLICY

 

We ship worldwide, with the exception of Russia due to U.S. Sanctions. All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday/Tuesday.

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before it ships. During sales and holidays allow 3-7 business days for processing before shipment.

Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please check your spam folder.

 

U.S. Shipping

Customers within the U.S. may choose from a range of shipping options with USPS, FedEx, and UPS. All shipments to PO boxes will be shipped via USPS. Shipments within the US are estimated to take 3-5 business days in transit. See checkout for full list of precisely calculated shipping rates. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance. Wheelers Depot is not responsible for delays caused by the post office or lost packages due to address errors.

 

International Shipping

International customers may choose from a range of shipping options with FedEx and USPS. International packages are estimated to take 5-30 business days; however, faster options are available. Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to Wheelers Depot and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.
